We install whole-house Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems tailored to your build. From duct layout and unit sizing through to final commissioning, we handle the complete installation - ensuring your home breathes efficiently, quietly, and in full compliance with building regulations.

Commissioning & Sign-Off

Once your MVHR system is installed, it must be professionally balanced and tested before building control will sign off. Our commissioning service (typically 2 hours on-site) sets airflow rates to the designed specification and issues the ventilation compliance certificate required for your building regulations completion.

3 Tiers Available From £150 + VAT

Annual Servicing

Keep your system running at peak efficiency with a scheduled annual service. We offer three tiers to suit your needs - Basic (filter check & replacement), Intermediate (filter swap, duct inspection & airflow check), and Full (everything included, plus a full system re-balance and written report). Regular servicing protects your warranty and your air quality.

How It Works

Step 1: Stale air is extracted

As you go about daily life, your home builds up stale air, moisture, and odours - especially in kitchens, bathrooms, and utility rooms. The MVHR system continuously draws this out through extract vents.

Step 2: Heat is recovered

Before the stale air leaves the building, it passes through a heat exchanger in the unit. Up to 90% of the warmth is captured and transferred - so you're not throwing heat away every time you ventilate.

Step 3: Fresh, filtered air is supplied

Clean air drawn in from outside is warmed by the recovered heat and distributed through supply vents into living rooms, bedrooms, and other habitable spaces - giving you continuous fresh air without draughts or heat loss.
